The Pembrokeshire Sibling Group has a number of Policies which it keeps under review.

1. Referral Policy which defines the Referral Criteria, Referral Process, Appeals Process, External Appeal Process and Review.
2. Safe Working with Children Policy which looks at Supervision, Staff/Volunteer to Child ratios, Attendance Register, Premises, Communication, Equipment, Food, Medication, Safety/Personal Injury, and Risk Assessment.
3. Criminal Records Policy which examines Background, Basic Disclosure and the Policy Statement.
4. Child Protection Policy which details how the staff & volunteers will protect the siblings when in their care.
